The owner of Panda Flowers called me personally to suggest to me that the arrangement I had chosen was not particularly fitting under the circumstances.He suggested cut flowers in a pot and a basket of fruit, cheeses and waffer thins. That was just great on his part. He phoned the recipient in advance to arrange for a convenient time for delivery of same. I am impressed!

Emailed in the Mothers' Day order a few days in advance and had commented that the flowers CAN be delivered sooner. Yet...the flowers were not delivered till late afternoon on Mothers' Day. Then you called me as my credit card did not go through and we learned that you were putting in the wrong expiry date.

I placed an online order late one evening, and I am concerned that I had to phone the next morning to confirm that the order was going out the day it was requested to be delivered. I feel that if I didn't phone, it wouldn't have been delivered in time. However, in the end, the flower arrangement was amazing!!!
